2. Services Offered
ZapKredit allows users to:
- Pay rent, tuition, bills, FastTag, credit card dues, etc., using credit cards.
- Apply for loans (Home, Personal), book travel packages, and purchase gift cards.
- Apply for documents like PAN Card, Driving License, and Voter ID.
Services may be provided through third-party partners and are subject to their terms and policies.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information.
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Avoid misuse, fraudulent transactions, or any activity that violates laws or regulations.
4. Fees and Charges
Some services may carry processing or convenience fees. These will be displayed during the transaction process. ZapKredit reserves the right to revise fees at any time with or without prior notice.
5. KYC & Verification
In accordance with RBI and other regulatory guidelines, we may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You agree to provide necessary documents when requested and authorize us to verify your details with government databases or third-party partners.
6. Third-Party Services
Some features or services may be delivered by trusted third-party providers. ZapKredit is not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms but will support users in resolving any service-related concerns.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Failed or duplicate transactions may be eligible for a refund, subject to verification. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method and banks involved.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software on ZapKredit are the property of the company. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
ZapKredit is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from:
- Delayed or failed payments.
- Service interruptions.
- Inaccurate user inputs or third-party errors.
We strive to ensure reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms. Users may also deactivate their account at any time by contacting our support team.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
